Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands) or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Every Resonancy piece is made to order and finished by hand. Please allow up to 2-3 from purchase to dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.

Returns

Each piece is custom printed, cut, and finished individually after your order is placed. Because every item is made to order, all sales are final — we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@resonancy.studio if your item arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
